Peach Bellini Workshop

Ingredients:

  • 150ml Bottega Gin Bacur
  • 120ml fresh peach juice, or good quality peach pulp
  • 60ml The Poets Wine Prosecco Brut Bottega

Preparation:

In a long-stemmed glass pour the Bacur Gin and add the fresh peach juice. Mix well and then pour the fresh prosecco.
