Mojito
Ingredients:
- 95 ml of Rum
- 50 ml of Lime juice
- 15 ml of sugar syrup
- 3 drops Angostura
- 12 mint leaves
- Bottega Petalo Moscato sparkling wine to fill
Preparation:
In a glass, crush the mint leaves with the sugar and the lime juice. Fill with crushed ice, rum and Angostura. Fill with Bottega Petalo Moscato spumante. Stir before serving.
