Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 95 ml of Rum
  • 50 ml of Lime juice
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup
  • 3 drops Angostura
  • 12 mint leaves
  • Bottega Petalo Moscato sparkling wine to fill

Preparation:

In a glass, crush the mint leaves with the sugar and the lime juice. Fill with crushed ice, rum and Angostura.   Fill with Bottega Petalo Moscato spumante. Stir before serving.
