Don Antonio

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Grappa Alexander Exquisite Bolgheri
  • 20 ml Liqueur with pear Bottega
  • Two drops of Bitter
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • A few drops of sugar syrup
  • Dehydrated pear

Preparation:

Pour the ingredients into the shaker, add the ice and shake vigorously for a few moments. Serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pear.
