Various laws do not allow for the return or exchange of alcoholic beverages. Your purchase from Bottega USA is final.
FAILED DELIVERY
State and Federal Law requires a live signature from an adult over 21. In some cases ID may be required to verify. We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you refuse to accept the package. Items ‘Returned to Sender’ will be issued a store credit less the cost of shipping.
FINAL SALE
Purchases from our online store are final items can’t be returned for any reason.
