All Sales Are Final
Due to federal and state regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages, all purchases made on BottegaUSA.com are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Failed Delivery
Alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult (21+) upon delivery. A government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age.
If the shipping carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts (e.g., due to no one being available to sign), the package will be returned to our fulfillment center.

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package are not eligible for a refund.

Once the item is returned to us, store credit will be issued for the product amount, excluding the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, regardless of delivery outcome.
