The team of our winemakers, the beating heart of the company, has ten qualified winemakers, experts both in winemaking and in the distillation of grappa. The different ages, the variety of training experiences and personal sensitivity, combined in teamwork, give rise to unique wines and grappas, unrepeatable elsewhere.

William Pasqualin
A graduate of the Conegliano Wine School, he has used his innate passion for the world of wine. Great connoisseur of the Treviso area, in the cellar he has an unerring flair for quality. The thorough professional experience, combined with solid managerial skills, make it a 360 ° professional.
Andrea Minguzzi
The diploma at the Conegliano Wine School is the basis of his stainless professionalism linked to grappa. After more than 15 years in the Bottega winery, he has developed an exceptional organoleptic sensitivity that makes use of the calibration and creation of the "recipes" for distillates and liqueurs.
Fabrizio Dorigo
His education includes both a degree in Chemistry and a degree in Oenology and Viticulture. Head of Research and Development of the company Bottega, he has a marked talent and a refined sensitivity in the creation of new wines, spirits and liqueurs. The previous position as Quality Manager completes his professional profile.
Andrea Agostinelli
He also trained at the forge of the Conegliano Wine School and completed his education with a degree in Padua in Wine-making Wine Technology Sciences. In the production of Prosecco and other sparkling wines he found an expression of his talent and personality. It pays homage to wine making with the undisputed ability to transform grapes into quality wine.
