Order Processing
Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Transit time begins once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 6 business days depending on destination.
Expedited and overnight shipping are not available for alcohol shipments.

Delivery Requirements
All orders containing alcohol require:

Signature by an adult age 21 or older

Valid government-issued ID upon request
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We strongly recommend using a business address to avoid missed deliveries.
Once a tracking number has been generated, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Bottega USA is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Ground Shipping Only
Alcohol shipments must travel via licensed ground carriers with adult signature service.
Overnight, 2-day, and air express shipping are not permitted for direct-to-consumer alcohol deliveries.
Returns & Final Sale Policy
Due to federal and state alcohol regulations:
All alcohol sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to:

No adult available to sign

Refusal to accept the shipment
The order will be returned to our fulfillment center.
Returned shipments are not eligible for a refund.
Once received back, a store credit will be issued for the product amount only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped, regardless of delivery outcome.
