⚠️ Note on Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions do not apply to commercial or corporate orders.


🚚 Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • For express shipping, please call our Customer Care Team at 800.575.7320 before placing your order.

We use a combination of flat-rate and real-time shipping strategies, based on your order’s weight and delivery location.


📦 Order & Tracking Confirmation

  • You will receive two emails:

    1. Order Confirmation once your purchase is successfully completed.

    2. Shipping Confirmation with Tracking when your order leaves our fulfillment center.

  • If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us to verify your order status.

  • Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or changes.


🔐 Signature Required for Delivery

All orders containing alcoholic beverages require:

  • A signature from an adult (21+) at the time of delivery.

  • In some cases, a government-issued photo ID may be required by the carrier.

  • We recommend using a business address for more reliable delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery to the address provided.


❌ Returns & Exchanges Not Permitted

Due to state and federal laws:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of alcoholic beverages.

  • All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.


🔄 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to:

  • No adult available to sign, or

  • Refusal to accept the package,
    The shipment will be returned to sender. In such cases:

  • A store credit will be issued for the product only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
