Ingredients:
- 40 ml Grappa Alexander Exquisite Bolgheri
- 20 ml Liqueur with pear Bottega
- Two drops of Bitter
- 20 ml lemon juice
- A few drops of sugar syrup
- Dehydrated pear
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into the shaker, add the ice and shake vigorously for a few moments. Serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pear.
