Excellent as an aperitif, it is a wine for the whole meal that pairs very well with cold and light dishes, such as a caprese or a tray of medium-aged raw ham, with vegetable risottos, not too elaborate second courses of fish and roasted or grilled white meats. Perfect with raw fish and sushi. It is also recommended in combination with pizza.
