Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC Spumante Extra Dry is produced from Glera grapes grown in the Province of Treviso, Veneto, using classic and traditional winemaking techniques. Over time, the quality and typicality of this Prosecco have remained consistent, reflecting the style that has made Prosecco one of the most widely enjoyed sparkling wines worldwide.
In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow color with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is fresh and expressive, with notes of apple, pear, and peach, followed by delicate floral hints of acacia. On the palate, it is soft and round, with a pleasant balance of acidity and residual sugar, gentle sapidity, and a clean, aromatic finish.
This Extra Dry style offers a slightly softer profile than Brut, making it approachable, food-friendly, and well suited for a wide range of occasions.
