Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC Extra Dry 750 ml | Italian Sparkling Wine
Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC Extra Dry 750 ml | Italian Sparkling Wine
Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti (“The Wine of Poets”) is a Prosecco DOC Extra Dry made from Glera grapes grown in the Province of Treviso, Veneto, using classic, traditional winemaking. Softer and slightly fruitier than a Brut, with notes of apple, pear and peach, it’s an easy, crowd-pleasing Prosecco for mimosas, spritzes, holiday brunch and parties.
In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow color with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is fresh and expressive, with notes of apple, pear, and peach, followed by delicate floral hints of acacia. On the palate, it is soft and round, with a pleasant balance of acidity and residual sugar, gentle sapidity, and a clean, aromatic finish.
This Extra Dry style offers a slightly softer profile than Brut, making it approachable, food-friendly, and well suited for a wide range of occasions.

Is Extra Dry sweeter than Brut? Yes. In sparkling wine, “Extra Dry” is slightly sweeter than “Brut.”
Is it good for mimosas? Yes. Its soft fruit pairs well with orange juice and other mixers.
