SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Any promotion that includes free shipping does not apply to commercial or corporate orders.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours unless express shipping is requested. Please call our Customer Care Team at 800.575.7320 if you would like to order delivery express shipping.
We employ shipping strategies that are promotionally based and that are determined by either flat rate or in real-time based on order weight and your specific delivery location.
For all orders, you will receive an eMail confirming your order after it is successfully placed with Bottega, and a second notifying you of the tracking information once the order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us to confirm that your order and payment were successful. Once your tracking number has been created, your order cannot be cancelled.
All alcoholic beverage shipments must be received and signed for by an adult over the age of 21. Some shipping carriers will require a valid government issued photo ID. A business address is preferred. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address you provide with your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS NOT PERMITTED
Returns or exchanges of alcoholic beverages is prohibited under various laws. Please be sure of your order before you place it with us.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will be provided with a tracking link when your order ships. Please follow the tracking link to determine your product movement status. Once your tracking number has been sent to you, the order is no longer eligible for modification or cancellation.
Customer paid shipping orders are processed on a priority or expedited basis, ahead of regular ground orders. Average delivery time is 2-6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
