  • Beef fillet or sirloin 400 g
  • Flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano 100 g
  • Rocket 100 g
  • Balsamic vinegar vinaigrette


Season the rocket salad with the vinaigrette and display on the serving plate. Once the meat is sliced, place it over the rocket salad. Add, thick Parmesan flakes.
