Beef Capraccio
Ingredients:
- Beef fillet or sirloin 400 g
- Flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano 100 g
- Rocket 100 g
- Balsamic vinegar vinaigrette
Preparation:
Season the rocket salad with the vinaigrette and display on the serving plate. Once the meat is sliced, place it over the rocket salad. Add, thick Parmesan flakes.
